Industry training forum on the Virtual Enterprise Collaboration Hub (VEC-Hub)
When companies work together to produce a product, it is important that they share and exchange information in an efficient and secure way. One of the aims of the partly EU-funded VIVACE project is to develop concepts, standards, and tools that let companies quickly and easily create a virtual organization. What is important in this kind of co-operation? Companies agree that it is important to share exactly the right information required to achieve the goal - neither more, nor less. In today's highly competitive environment, global co-operation - often with "business colleagues" - is becoming an everyday reality. Sometimes even a necessity. Therefore, the need for efficient protection of intellectual property rights (IPR) is an ever more pressing issue alongside information sharing. The Virtual Enterprise Collaboration Hub creates the freedom to co-operate on equal terms, while safeguarding IPR. Learn more about the VEC-hub concept and project by clicking here. Between the 26th and 29th of November, a VEC-hub-training is offered in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Participants will learn how to implement, use and exploit the benefits of the VEC-hub. The training is hosted by Bombardier Aerospace. For more information about the training, click here. You are welcome to contact Dr. Väino Tarandi, responsible for Eurostep's participation in the VEC-hub project. |
