Product Support Collaboration Hub

The Product Support Collaboration Hub is based on Share-A-space andPs includes unique functionality for product support engineers. Key functionality is configuration on individual products and feedback from usage to earlier phases such as design and systems engineering.

Share-A-space is based on the ISO standard PLCS, Product Life Cycle Support. PLCS is an enabler for Game Changing Product Support solutions. The Product Support Collaboration Hub from Eurostep adds end user functionality on top of this information standard packaged in low cost of ownership technology from Microsoft, like SharePoint and Microsoft Office.cars_480.png

For rapid setup and productivity the Product Support Collaboration Hub includes:

SharePoint Portal

Standard SharePoint web parts packaged into a complete  Product Support Portal serving four different user roles in the company:

  • Operator
  • Field Service Engineer
  • Customer Support / Helpdesk
  • Service Planner / Fleet Manager

Use the portal as a standalone portal or combine parts of it and add these capabilities to your existing customer/service portal. The Product Support Portal comes with complete instructions on deployment strategies and customizations possibilities.

Adapters

Microsoft Excel import
Use a simple Excel sheet to rapidly populate Share-A-space with data. The same spread sheet can be continued to be used to publish updates.

LSAR (MIL-STD 1388-2B, DEF STAN 00-60)
Use the mappers from 1388-2B or 00-60 to get your existing Logistics data into Share-A-space. Once in Share-A-space it can be explicitly related to design information or technical documentation normally handled in other systems.
