About Eurostep
|
|
Eurostep delivers solutions that enable our clients to
streamline the sharing and exchange of product data, within and
across enterprises. Our clients all have the goal to improve the
enterprise performance measured by their bottom line and market
position. The way to get there is to design, manufacture and/or
maintain complex products in shorter time, at lower cost and with
higher quality. We work closely with our customers to achieve their
goal and we do it based on a combination of our industry knowledge,
our IT skills and a world class recognition of understanding
information standards.
Eurostep's unique value proposition
lets our clients become world class in communicating product data
with suppliers, partners and customers enabling true business
agility. This is achieved by the use of information standards such
as STEP, XML and IFC and the pragmatic implementation of product
models across the life cycle of products. In today's world, most
products of some complexity involve contribution from several
enterprises, all of them using a variety of computers and software
for requirements specification, design and analysis, manufacturing,
documentation, product support, etc.
Traditionally, the
business processes have required a large overhead in terms of
re-entering data from one system into another. This is time
consuming, it results in quality problems and it is done at a
significant overhead cost. The reality today is that data can be
entered once and reused many times across company borders and over
time. Eurostep and our partners know how to deliver these benefits
to you.
Existing information systems can be used and
upgraded meaning that our clients can add value to their previous
investments in IT in steps rather than replacing the current
systems. When need be, the standards can act as valuable
specifications for implementing new product lifecycle management
(PLM) systems, product support systems and archiving
solutions.
The vision of Eurostep is to be the leading
competence provider in strategic planning, design and implementation
of Open Solutions, to support Open People in Open Organisations. In
partnering with Eurostep we help you match your visions and ideas
with state of the art methods and technology, giving you real
business benefits.
