Situation

EGIS with 15,800 employees in 2019 is dedicated to supporting energy, ecology, digital and territorial transition to shape tomorrow’s world. For their new tram project in Birmingham, UK, EGIS chose ShareAspace for the management of their “interfaces” allowing for better planning and use of resources in the infrastructure of their construction project.

Problem

Large infrastructure projects consist of many subsystems which need to be integrated with other subsystems and consolidated into the final delivery.
